Love them or hate them celebrities and politicians are part of our society.

Here at ProCoinnews, we generated a list of the top 5 famous people who have openly supported Ripple.

The list is not in any particular, so without further ado, here is a list of 5 Famous people who have supported Ripple:

Warren Buffet

Warren Buffet has publicly declared that he’s not a fan of Bitcoin but that doesn’t mean he’s not a fan of XRP. In 2020 Buffet’s firm Berkshire Hathaway invested over $500 million in the digital bank Nubank. Nubank is a member of RippleNet and before investing Buffet was well aware of Nubank’s relationship with Ripple. Buffet isn’t standing on a soap box cheerleading for Ripple but rather he is showing his support by investing his money in Ripple’s Partner Banks.

Ashton Kutcher/Ellen Degneres

On Ripple, actor and notable tech investor Ashton Kutcher surprised Ellen DeGeneres on her show with a big gift to the talk show host’s animal charity. The $4 million handed to The Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Fund by Kutcher and his business partner, Guy Oseary, was in the form of Ripple’s XRP token. Kutcher’s donation brought widespread attention to Ripple and the donation at the time led to a spike in the price of XRP.

Snoop Dogg

The legendary rapper  Snoop Dogg back in 2018 performed at Ripple’s XRP Community Night. Ripple reportedly offered Snoop Dogg a hefty sum to perform at the event but it;s rumored he was also giving XRP on the side.

Bill Clinton

Another big-time name that has shown support for Ripple is former US President Bill Clinton. Back in 2018 Bill gave the key-not speech at Ripple’s Swell event. It was reported Ripple paid Clinton over $500,000 to attend the event. Some holders believe Clinton did it for the check whereas others believe Clinton is a closet holder of XRP.

Elon Musk could also be added to this list for his tweets against the SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple.
