Here’s How Much Crypto VP Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff Own
• July 25, 2024 12:56 pm • CommentsAccording to Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff’s tax filing records, they currently own no cryptocurrency.
According to line 7 of their 1040 tax return the couple answered “no” to whether they own any digital assets.
The couple’s return reminds many cryptocurrency holders that Kamala Harris is not a big supporter of cryptocurrency.

Take a look at their filing here:
Per ABC News:
The White House on Monday released the 2023 tax returns for President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and their spouses.
Those filings show the president and first lady Jill Biden had a combined federal adjusted gross income of $619,976 and paid combined federal income tax of $146,629. That’s roughly on par with the previous year’s income and income taxes.
Among the other taxes the Bidens also paid in 2023 were $30,908 in Delaware state income taxes and Jill Biden paid $3,549 in Virginia state taxes. (She is a college teacher in there.)
The Bidens made $20,477 in charitable contributions to 17 entities in 2023. The largest donations were to the Beau Biden Foundation — named for their late son, who died of brain cancer — and Women’s Wellness Space, both of which received $5,000. The Bidens also donated $1,000 to Ebenezer Baptist Church.
“When Kamala Harris ran for president in 2020, she released 15 years of her personal tax returns, the most of any 2020 presidential candidate.”
“The disclosure offers a glimpse into how Harris became a millionaire as a public servant.”

On the contrary, both Trump and J.D. Vance both own cryptocurrency.
Per Yahoo Finance:
Republican candidate and former US President Donald Trump saw his on-chain cryptocurrency holdings exceed $10 million, largely driven by his largest token investment in MAGA (TRUMP). On May 29, Trump’s crypto portfolio briefly touched seven figures, according to blockchain intelligence firm Arkham.
The surge in value was primarily attributed to the MAGA memecoin, TRUMP, which achieved an all-time high of $15.44 on May 29. The recent surge in TRUMP’s value can be attributed to Donald Trump’s endorsements of cryptocurrencies. On May 25, he expressed a positive and open-minded stance towards cryptocurrency companies and the industry as a whole. In line with this, the Trump 2024 campaign launched a fundraising page on May 21 to accept crypto donations.
According to Arkham, Trump currently holds 579,290 TRUMP tokens, equivalent to approximately $8.56 million. However, the value of TRUMP has declined since reaching its peak. It is currently trading at $14.7.
In addition to his TRUMP holdings, Donald Trump also possesses a significant amount of Ethereum (ETH), with 464.2 ETH valued at approximately $1.79 million. Furthermore, he holds a million MVP tokens, worth around $473,000. MVP is another memecoin that offers rewards and supports donations to the Trump election campaign. After reaching an all-time high of $0.709 on May 17, it has since experienced a 33% decline, currently trading at $0.477.
