Could Kevin O’Leary actually be ARRESTED for promoting FTX?

Ordinarily not, perhaps a civil fine, but Peter Schiff has actually gone on record to say it’s possible.

While Peter hates Bitcoin, XRP and all cryptocurrencies, it’s still notable that someone of Schiff’s stature would go on record to suggest this is possible.

Perhaps this is why “Calvin” is trying so desperately to sell his pitch that FTX was not a fraud at all and just got attacked by Binance?

Almost no one is buying that, but “Calvin” is pitching it very hard.

So far, no Sharks have given him a deal on that pitch.
