• January 20, 2022 7:45 am • CommentsAn NFT-based game is getting a lot of attention as it gets ready to launch on the XRP Ledger smart contract platform later this year.
On Wednesday, Love Monster said it was working with Klever Wallet and the Klever ecosystem to help support its token and a new marketplace for it.
💜We are thrilled to announce our partnership and official xLoveMonster token listing with @Klever_io.

To make the game, Liam Love from London and Sadaf Jadran from Sydney worked on it. They want to release it in May at a VIP event in Las Vegas, where they’ll have a big party for the game.
He told Stockhead: “The XRP community is strong, and they have been waiting for something like this for a long time.”
Because we already have a working utility and a great CEO and founder who is also the lead artist, I think that’s what makes us different.” And we have a great team that we’ve worked with for a long time, making things more useful.
You breed and fight “Love Monsters,” which are NFTs that can be bought and sold on the blockchain. Axie Infinity looks a lot like this game.
Besides being on Android and iOS, Jadran says that the game can be bred, which is how you can get more Love Monsters.
It’s what people want, and that’s what we want to give them. When you lock two monsters up for 30 to 90 days, you’ll get another monster, and that’s also a way to reward people who own the monsters and the community.
Jadran says that the longer the lockup, the less Love Monsters are born from the breeding program.
A player will get xLoveMonster tokens, which can be used to buy NFTs and game power-ups from the Love Monster marketplace.
There will also be tournaments and a “Monster Planet” metaverse to look around in.
The token supply has been “blackholed,” which means no more can be made, she says. During the launch, the Love Monsters cost 2000 XRP (US$1,480), but that price will rise to 3500 XRP (US$2,590) next week. A lot of people bought early Monsters for 333 XRP last year, which is about US$1 million.
According to Tech Times:
Love Monsters, the crypto creators behind the loveable monster NFTs, has raised more than $1,000,000 in just Seven days ahead of the official launch of xLoveMonster, the ecosystem’s native token, which allows gamers to compete to earn on their smartphone. The Love Monsters’ ecosystem offers a novel adaption to the Play to Earn (P2E) concept, which has driven red-hot demand throughout the GameFi and NFT market and seen tokens such as SAND, MANA, COCO, GALA, TLM and ALICE all soar to new all-time highs in recent weeks.
Liam Love, CEO & Founder of Love Monsters, designed the unique collection of 9,999 Loveable Monsters. He believes P2E will continue to soar in popularity over the coming months which, combined with Love Monsters’ novel ecosystem, positions the token for future success. “We believe P2E is just getting started,” he says. “Players reap the benefits of playing our game and earning xLoveMonster from their mobile phones. P2E will be a powerful catalyst for the growth of our ecosystem, increasing our community, token utility and value.”
