Crypto Potato had more on the story:
It is worth mentioning that Honda’s offering also includes some exotic memecoins such as Pepe Coin (PEPE), Floki Inu (FLOKI), Bone ShibaSwap (BONE), Doge Killer (LEASH), and others.
Such digital assets have emerged as a top trend in the crypto space in the past few years as the first to see the light of day (which actually started as a joke) was Elon Musk’s favorite Dogecoin (DOGE).
The crypto community celebrated the recent move as highly bullish for the cryptocurrency industry and the broader digital asset markets.

Honda’s new openness to crypto payments joins another recent piece of news regarding NFTs. In fact, at the FORMULA 1 Honda & Red Bull welcome event in Tokyo, Honda announced a new limited edition NFT in Japan.
Basically, Honda distributed Honda KEY NFTs to all fans who entered the FORMULA 1 Honda & Red Bull ticket lottery back in September.
Event attendees also received a commemorative NFT, which was distributed to ticket holders after the event.
