That ending is now potentially in sight, and a matter of weeks away, according to Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and numerous influencers within the crypto space.
Ashley Prosper points out that the Hinman documents are set to be released on June 13th and that recent moves by Ripple Labs indicate that they believe they will emerge victorious.

U Today stressed that while a settlement in 2 weeks isn’t guaranteed, Ripple expects the lawsuit to settle sometime in 2023:
While expectations are rising for an imminent resolution in the lawsuit, Ripple maintained in its most recent quarterly report that it expects a decision in 2023. However, the timing is ultimately up to the court to determine.
Zack Humpries provided his price analysis and believes that no matter the outcome of the lawsuit, the consequences will be bullish for XRP.

Legal analyst Jeremy Hogan has noticed a pattern in the timing of important rulings made by Judge Torres in the SEC v. Ripple case, occurring about every nine weeks.
Based on this pattern, Hogan predicts a potential decision in July, although he emphasizes that it’s not a definite prediction but an observation of the trend.
