Twitter’s New CEO Follows Shiba Inu (SHIB)
• May 12, 2023 2:52 pm • CommentsJust recently, Elon Musk announced Linda Yaccarino as the new Twitter CEO as Musk will be stepping down to focus on more specific areas of the business.
When the announcement was made, many also realized that that Yaccarion also follows the crypto token Shiba Inu (SHIB) which indicates a pro-crypto stance.
There have already been many speculations in the past that Twitter would eventually integrate crypto and blockchain into its business operations.
The fact that now both Musk and Yaccarino are involved in Twitter’s operations just makes these speculations more credible.
As a result, Yaccarion becoming the new CEO of Twitter should bode well for the crypto industry as a whole.

Watcher.guru reports:
Musk announced last night that he would be appointing a new CEO for the social media platform. Additionally, he noted that the new executive would be taking the position in just six weeks.
Consequently, the announcement was made today that Yacccarino would be taking on the position.
Then, prior to the confirmation, rumors began that the potential new Twitter CEO followed Shiba Inu (SHIB).Consequently, those initial rumors proved true, as Yaccarino does, indeed, follow the official Twitter account of the meme coin.
Yaccarino only followed 1161 Twitter accounts at the time, with one of them being the meme coin. Alternately, speculation started to run rampant on the new CEO’s level of involvement or interest in the digital asset.
Yaccarino has not publicly spoken about her interest in the meme coin, but it seems the news has already had a positive impact on the token.
Previously, Twitter has also promoted the other crypto token called Dogecoin which Musk had been an avid supporter of.
For a short period of time, Twitter had replaced the Twitter logo with the Dogecoin logo which caused a lot of speculations within the crypto community.
It seems that the promotion of meme coins within Twitter is quite popular and indicates that the company has a very positive stance when it comes to utilizing digital assets.
As a result, one could expect more mainstream adoption in the feature as more social media platforms take the same interest.

TheCryptoBasic concludes:
Twitter is about to welcome a new CEO in the next six weeks. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the mystery individual might be Linda Yaccarino, a WEF task force chairperson.
In a discovery that has elated the Shiba Inu community, she is observed to be following the official Shiba Inu Twitter account.
SHIB BPP, a community-driven account dedicated to updates on the Shiba Inu ecosystem, first called attention to the development in a tweet today.
Further investigations by The Crypto Basic into the claim suggest that it is accurate. Linda Yaccarino follows only 1,161 accounts on Twitter. One of these accounts has been confirmed to be the official Shiba Inu handle. Interestingly enough, she also follows the official Dogecoin account, Billy Markus, one of the founders of Dogecoin, and two more accounts affiliated with Dogecoin.
