WATCH: Presidential Candidate Vows To End ‘War On Bitcoin’ If Elected!

It’s no secret that much of the world is engaged in a desperate war for freedom.

Tyrannical governments, spurred on by manufactured crises like the COVID-19 ‘epidemic’ and monetary inflation, are attempting to fully clamp down on humanity with the issuance of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).

In The United States, a war is being waged by the Biden administration against freedom of finance, freedom of money, and freedom of monetary association.

Operation Chokepoint 2.0 and other related schemes are currently underway in a futile attempt to stem the inevitable tide of decentralized blockchain technologies, but as the late and great philosopher Terence McKenna tells us: changes in technology are the only things that have ever changed or advanced the human story in meaningful, permanent ways.

In the end, technology always wins—it cannot be suppressed, it cannot be stopped. This should give us reason for hope, but also deep reflection when it comes to certain technological initiatives like artificial intelligence.

To sum it up perfectly, we don’t control technology, technology controls us.

With or without the help of politicians and bureaucrats Bitcoin will win in the end, but it’s always nice to see support from those running for office.

While the political establishment continues to do everything it can to undermine the Bitcoin revolution, anti-establishment politicians like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are throwing their full support behind the nascent technology.

In a recent interview, the Presidential hopeful decried the evils of fiat money and the current system while championing Bitcoin. You can watch the full interview of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with Bitcoin Magazine below.

Bitcoin Magazine writes:

The interview took an intriguing turn as RFK discussed his interest in Bitcoin and the need for financial freedom.

He shared how the government’s actions during the Ottawa trucker protests, where individuals’ bank accounts were closed without due process, sparked his appreciation for the importance of freedom of transaction.

RFK expressed his intention to protect Bitcoin, potentially backing the U.S. dollar with cryptocurrencies and other hard assets to provide an alternative to fiat currency.

Here are the best moments from the interview in which RFK Jr. makes his vow to end the war on Bitcoin and touches on the freedom decentralized, distributed ledger technologies can afford humanity.

Finbold provided this quote from Kennedy:

“I’m gonna make sure that Bitcoin is protected, that people can keep their own wallets, that the current White House war on Bitcoin will be over, that transactions will be protected and encouraged, and ultimately, treating it as a currency rather than a commodity, particularly for smaller Bitcoin owners and transactions.”
