The wait is over for XRP holders.
The long-anticipated Hinman docs have been released.
An initial look at the documents, reveals: “The SEC was against Bill Hinman, the former director, publicly saying that Ether could be a commodity even though it started as a security.”

An excerpt from the internal SEC document states “It would be difficult for the agency to take a different position on Ether in the future.”
One portion of Hinman and the SEC internal emails states “Attached please find a draft of the speech I had mentioned, which suggests that we don’t need to see a need to regulate Ether, as it is currently offered, as a security.”
